DesignLoka is a boutique digital product studio based in Bengaluru, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit designloka.in, contact us, or submit a project enquiry.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the project form, we may collect your name, work email, project type, company or idea name, preferred timeline, and the project brief you provide. Before opening a WhatsApp conversation, we also ask for your name and mobile number so we can identify and respond to the enquiry.
For security and abuse prevention, our systems may also process limited technical request information such as IP address and request metadata.
3. How we use your information
We use information you provide to review your enquiry, reply to you, understand project requirements, arrange follow-up conversations, and protect the site from spam or misuse.
We do not sell personal information or use project-enquiry data for third-party advertising.
4. Project enquiries and email delivery
Project enquiries and WhatsApp contact requests submitted through the website may be sent to DesignLoka by email. We use Resend as the email delivery provider for these messages. Information processed by service providers is handled under their own applicable privacy and security terms.
We may retain enquiry emails and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or active engagement, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.
5. WhatsApp and external links
If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or follow a link to another website, that service may collect information under its own privacy policy. DesignLoka does not control the privacy practices of external services or websites.
6. Cookies and analytics
Designloka.in does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising trackers. If analytics or similar measurement tools are introduced later, this policy will be updated to describe the relevant processing.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
